Description

The Recognized Research Group is configured as the fundamental structure of the University of Valladolid for the articulation of research activity, mainly referring to the following lines of research:
  • Theater as an educational tool. Investigation of the possibilities of theater in the development of teaching activity
  • Research on the theater in its heritage aspects.
  • Analysis of the interactions between theater, anthropology, society and culture.
  • Study of the history of the theater from the stage point of view and its artistic connections.
  • Theater and ecocriticism.
  • Research on the environmental environment and its connections with theatrical currents.
  • Research in the shared areas between theater, plastic education and environmental education
The Group's objectives are:
  • Study of theater and its interconnections with culture.
  • Diachronic and synchronic investigation of theater culture.
  • Design of proposals for environmental education.
  • Scenic art history in its cultural context.
  • Poetics of space.
  • Educational investigation.
