Description

The Recognized Research Group is configured as the fundamental structure of the University of Valladolid for the articulation of research activity, mainly referring to the following lines of research:

Theater as an educational tool. Investigation of the possibilities of theater in the development of teaching activity
Research on the theater in its heritage aspects.
Analysis of the interactions between theater, anthropology, society and culture.
Study of the history of the theater from the stage point of view and its artistic connections.
Theater and ecocriticism.
Research on the environmental environment and its connections with theatrical currents.
Research in the shared areas between theater, plastic education and environmental education

The Group's objectives are:

Study of theater and its interconnections with culture.
Diachronic and synchronic investigation of theater culture.
Design of proposals for environmental education.
Scenic art history in its cultural context.
Poetics of space.
Educational investigation.
