Description
This research line consists of researches about the nature and division of powers of the European Union, its fundamental rights, its relationship with human and constitutional rights, the impact of EU Law in the constitutional systems, and the principle of primacy: its theoretical dimension and the jurisprudential reactions. Furthermore, we study the Courts and the European Union: the position of the Court of Justice and the Constitutional Courts, the control of constitutionality and the control of conventionality, the place of the National Parliaments within the construction of the European Union, and the participatory mechanisms of the Spanish regions in the formation and enforcement of UE Law.Other information
