OBJECTIVES

The aims pursued by the GIR is research in matters pertaining to commercial law, with preferential attention to legal solutions to business crises (bankruptcy and para-bankruptcy institutes), as well as competition law (antitrust law, public interventions, competition law). unfair, advertising and regulated markets) and commercial distribution. A part of the members of the GIR is part of the editorial teams of two important legal magazines in these areas: the Magazine of Bankruptcy and Para-bankruptcy Law, and the Magazine of Competition and Distribution Law.
