Description

OBJECTIVES
• The purpose of the "Research Group on Constitutional Law" is to articulate the research activity of the Area of ​​Constitutional Law of the University of Valladolid. To this end, and in view of the specialization of the different members of the Group, its creation seeks as its main objective to channel and give support to the different aspects of research in the field of Constitutional Law. From this point of view, with the constitution of this Group it will be possible to better structure and coordinate the investigations carried out so far by its members in the fields of fundamental rights, parliamentary law, regional law and community law. The recognition of this Research Group within the University of Valladolid will serve to specify and give formal effectiveness to a reality of this Area for some years now, that is, the existence of a group of professors who carry out their research in a coordinated and whose works go beyond the University to society and public institutions, which has been reflected in the different research projects that have been captured and in which the members who join this Group as ordinary members have participated .
