The world of computing and especially the Internet question about the legal treatment that from the different legal disciplines (criminal, commercial, civil law, etc.) should be carried out to the facts with legal significance and now carried out through new means on which the legislation it has not yet had the opportunity to pronounce itself or it is still incipient. Aspects such as those related to intellectual property, privacy, electronic means of payment, consumer and employer protection require in-depth reflection for their treatment in the context of new technologies. Therefore, what is intended is an exhaustive analysis of the areas in which these Information and Knowledge Technologies have special legal significance to check whether the legal regulation is adequate and sufficient. With this, proposals for legislative change can also be formulated in relation to the indicated lines of research.
