Description

OBJECTIVES
FOCUSES ON THOSE ESTABLISHED BY THE LINES OF INVESTIGATION. MEMBERS OF THE GROUP HAVE BEEN COLLABORATING FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS UNDER PROJECTS AND OTHER AID SUBSIDIZED BY OFFICIAL, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE BODIES, AUTONOMIC, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL.
THE INVESTIGATION ACTIVITY COVERS, AMONG OTHERS, THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
  • LINEAR EQUATION SYSTEMS ON RINGS. FINITE FREE RESOLUTIONS.
  • CLASSIFICATION OF LINEAR DYNAMIC SYSTEMS ON RINGS.
  • FUNCTIONAL RING EXTENSIONS. COMPACTIFICATIONS.
  • CONVERGENCE STRUCTURES IN RINGS. TOPOLOGICAL RINGS.
  • ASSESSMENT STUDY DOMINATING REGULAR LOCAL RINGS.
  • ASSESSMENTS AND CLASSIFICATION OF SINGULARITIES OF HYPER-SURFACES.
  • DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ALGORITHMS FOR THE CALCULATION OF NUMERICAL INVARIANT IDEALS OF RINGS OF POLYNOMIES.
  • LOCAL COHOMOLOGY AND FUNCTIONS OF HILBERT. SICIGES.

IN ADDITION TO THE BASIC RESEARCH WORK ON THE PREVIOUS TOPICS, IT IS CONSIDERED OF GREAT IMPORTANCE, BY THE MEMBERS OF THE RESEARCH GROUP, THAT OF THE APPLICATIONS. NOT ONLY IN THE AREA OF ALGEBRA AND IN MATHEMATICS, BUT ALSO IN MULTIDISCIPLINARY INVESTIGATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, IN ITS APPLICATIONS IN PHYSICS AND ENGINEERING.

LINES OF INVESTIGATION
  • Theory of Valuations and Equisingularity
  • Computational Aspects of Commutative Algebra and Effective Calculation of Invariants: Design and Implementation of Algorithms
  • Function Rings and Topological Rings
  • Linear Algebra on Rings. Systems and Control Theory
