Description

The possibility of obtaining a coranulene-based filling for columns to separate mixtures of different types of fullerenes or nanotubes has appeared within a recent research line of the group. It consisted in the supramolecular association of electron-donor and fullerene compounds to produce new photoactive materials in new generation photovoltaic cells. The chromatography used is semipreparative HPLC and can be perfomed in normal or inverse phase.
