OBJECTIVES
• PURPOSE:

The purpose of the GIR TADRUS is the development of research, development and innovation activities aimed at the sustainable development of the rural environment, related to:
- The application of new instrumentation technologies in agroforestry processes.
- Automation and advanced control of agro-environmental processes.
- The introduction of new techniques for environmental improvement of the agroforestry environment.
- The improvement of the natural environment of the rural environment.
- The application of information and communication technologies in agro-environmental processes.

OBJECTIVES:

The objectives of the GIR TADRUS, based on sustainable rural development, are:

- The development of research, development and innovation projects, within its current lines of work and those that may be incorporated in the future.
- The development of Third Cycle teaching programs, both Postgraduate and Doctorate courses, as well as Short Courses and Seminars, which aim to specialize all those students, teachers, researchers and professionals interested in the field of Sustainable Development and Advanced Technologies.
- The organization of scientific conferences and meetings.
- The execution of agreements with companies and institutions, of which the G.I.R. will take over, either by convening the corresponding public tender, or by direct award of the contracting entity, provided that these agreements are signed within the framework of Art. 83 of the L.O.U.
- Technical advice in all those activities and works that have to do with its current and future lines of research, development and innovation, advice that extends to natural and legal persons, public and private, who so request.
- The edition of scientific, technical or informative publications related to its lines of research, development and innovation.
