Description
1. Teaching innovation: learning methodologies (SACC [Spanish acronym for Autonomous-Collaborative-Competitive learning Seminars] methodology, group dynamics for team work, etc.), teaching support tools (web simulators, Windows software applications, APPs, etc.), learning of Lean Manufacturing (building of Lean environments in Minecraft, modeling of Lean productive systems in Witness, app development, etc.) and new openhard technologies (Arduino, Raspberry, etc.) applied to production processes. 2. Health management: resource optimization and assurance by public administrations of the qualifying conditions and the constant improvement to meet the demands of society/customers/patients. This must be done on an ongoing basis using an indicative map (based on standarized models: JCI, EFQM, ISO, etc.) and a scorecard, thus allowing the certification of centers and services. 3. Management of HR innovation and technologies: organization of the institutions’ human, technical, material and economic resources to increase the creation of new knowledge and ideas that allow the development of new products, processes and services or the improvement of the already existing through processes and methods endorsed by different companies. 4. Decision theory: under conditions of uncertainty and interdependence, also known as Game theory. Applied to the study and resolution of problems such as conflict and cooperation between groups or individuals, competition between species, incentive design, social rules or the overuse and conservation of natural resources.Other information
