Description
The Laboratory of Electronics and Bioengineering carries out studies of the environmental exposure to magnetic fields at low frequencies. To that end the person under study has to carry a dosimeter for 24 hours that registers the field level every 4 seconds. This way, a sampling is carried out to know the global exposure during a person's day, while doing common tasks. The subject under study has to keep track of its location and duration of the stays during the study day in order to detect possible high exposures and control incidents. The collected data is analysed and processed in order to compare them with the regulations and know possible sources of electromagnetic radiation.Other information
