Description

Study of semiconducting nanostructures using microscopic techniques coupled with spectroscopic  equipment, specially analysis of Si, Ge, SiGe, GaN, GaAs and ZnO nanowires, as well as nanostructures with photovoltaic, electronic and optoelectronic applications, e.g. to manufacture transistors, LEDs or sensors.
