Description

In this line the group GSIC/EMIC studies and applies several technologies, such as: semantic web and open and linked data to describe, write down and search learning tools, so that teachers can find the most suitable tools. Besides, it addresses the capture of massive amounts of data (big data) as well as the analysis of interactions, to understand the behaviors associated with the collaboration that take place in situations of collaborative learning just so we can predict and improve decision making. Intelligent systems are also framed in this line of research based on neural networks and neuro-diffused systems, with special interest in the models that derive from the Adaptive Resonance Theory (ART).
