Description

OBJECTIVES
• The objective is to start by studying comparative law in the field of real estate guarantees.
It is necessary to establish the need and suitability for a common mortgage for all of Europe. That mortgages are efficient in their respective jurisdictions does not mean that they are also efficient when guaranteeing transnational credits. Therefore, given the economic need for a transnational mortgage to expand the European mortgage and real estate market, it is essential to study a single economically efficient and unique figure at a European level (Euro-mortgage).
