Description

OBJECTIVES

The purpose of this recognized research group is to develop environmental management technologies applying circular economy criteria that allow for greater efficiency and sustainability of the agricultural, forestry and industrial production processes. The main objectives of this group are the following:

Environmentally optimize production processes obtaining additional profitability through the recovery of the waste produced.
Design effluent treatments that add value to the production process through the (energy) recovery of waste and the recovery of resources for use in other processes.
Establish environmental management strategies that ensure the conservation of natural resources in quantity and quality.
