Description

OBJECTIVES

Carry out research, development and innovation tasks related to their lines of research and all those related to the Science and Technology of Porous Surfaces and Materials.
Disseminate the results of their task through their publication and the participation or organization of meetings, conferences, etc.
Promote the training of group members in the Science and Technology of Porous Surfaces and Materials.
Promote the application of all the technologies related to its lines of research in the regional, national, European, Ibero-American and international spheres by establishing fluid contacts with companies active in the sector.
Contribute to the dissemination of knowledge corresponding to its lines of research, by organizing courses, meetings and as many means as appropriate.

LINES OF INVESTIGATION:

Study of solid-solid, liquid-solid and gas-solid interfacial interactions
Topographic characterization of homogeneous or heterogeneous surfaces
Study of the colloidal properties of dispersed systems
Polymeric, inorganic and mixed materials for membranes
Analysis of pore size distributions in porous materials
Membrane process modeling
Membrane technology applications
