Description
Design, implementation and assessment of a GPS guidance system for agricultural tractors, using augmented reality technology. Commercial tractor guidance systems offer the farmer information to make tractor driving along the plot easier. This information usually includes a map of the treated areas referenced to the tractor’s position. The tractor driver must mentally associate said map with the plot’s areas. We offer a developed guidance system using augmented reality technology which enables the driver to view the plot treated areas in a different color through a glasses-like monitor.Other information
