Description
The GCME Group laboratory has a wide range of measuring and testing equipment to automate a large number of electrical and optical characterization techniques for semiconductor materials and devices. The techniques have been automated using Agilent VEE and LabVIEW software. - Cascade Microtech table together with Leica microscope. - HB05 tpt wire-bonding equipment together with Leica microscope. - Three liquid nitrogen cryostats (Oxford Instruments) together with temperature controllers ITC502 and ITC503 (Oxford Instruments). - Keithley 4200-SC semiconductor characterization system. - Agilent 4294A (40 Hz-11 MHz) and Agilent 4287A (1 MHz-3 GHz) impedance analyzers.- HP 4155B continuous semiconductor parameter analyzer. - Boonton 72 B (analogue) and HP 4280A (digital) 1 MHz capacimeters. - Stanford Research Systems SR844 and EG&G 5210 Lock-In amplifiers. - Tektronix TDS5052, HP 54615B and HP54501A digital oscilloscopes. - Agilent 33500B and HP 33120A signal generators. - HP 81104A and HP 8112A pulse generators. - Keithley 6517A and Keithley 617A programmable electroscopes. - HP 54620A logic analyzer. - Thermal bath.Other information
