Kit-Down is based on a mechanical system to form a seat from a flat vertical surface and integrated in a piece of furniture that is designed for storage and space optimization. In particular, it serves as a piece of furniture that stores shoes or as a shoerack, since it allows you to easily put on and take off your shoes. Most people look for a seat away from where they store footwear. Advantages:
‒ Kit-Down allows for an easy and simple opening with minimal space in the folded position. ‒ Movement synchronization is vitally important in Kit-Down. A lengthy study determined the positions of the pivot points and bar lengths in order to form a totally horizontal seat in its lowest position and a totally even board in its vertical rest or folded position. ‒ There is no need to attach it to the floor or walls to maintain stability.
