Advantages:
‒ The waste it generates is 100% biodegradable which facilitates its decomposition in the environment and also provides nutrients to the soil after its use. ‒ Within the timber industry, poplar wood is one of the most used products due to the easiness of its location and the treatment of poplar groves. It is also frequently used due to the potential wood growth of a poplar grove, since its logging is established around 15-20 years. ‒ The product can become economically competitive. It is obtained from renewable raw materials with short replenishment periods and it is easily biodegradable to reduce the environmental impact on ecosystems.
