Description
The aim of the project is the design of a versatile, light and environmentally friendly container for the transport of morsels, tapas or appetizers that can be placed on top of a glass and be securely held. Thus, it improves the work efficiency of the catering staff by making better use of the space on a tray and increasing user comfort by allowing them to eat the tapa, morsel or appetizer without having to have a place to rest the plate or glass.Other information

The project will be aimed at the hotel and catering sector, specifically at bars and cafés that include drinks with tapas, morsels or appetizers, which are very abundant in Spain. So I think there is a market big enough to introduce it.
Advantages:
The DeTapas project is something new: it is a new concept in the way tapas are served and consumed. Taking into account the sector for which the project is aimed, the catering sector, it is a good idea to patent and introduce it to the market, as tapas bars and restaurants are in full swing. Also, the vast majority of bars and cafés offer you a tapa, morsel or appetizer with your drink.
