Girasoft (Remote Student Incident Management). The program is in charge of managing quickly, easily and precisely student incidents at school, as well as instantly communicating these incidents to the students’ parents or guardians of the school. In order to develop this functionality, the program fulfills the following objectives: It remotely accesses the list of students enrolled in their subjects, so that the teacher can record both absences and misbehaviors from the remote device. It stores all the requests created by each teacher on each mobile device on a PC. This is of great importance and convenience, as the teacher will only have to do this work once. The remote device will send this information to a specific computer in the school, and the relevant data will be recorded there. It instantly informs the student's parent or guardian of the incident that has occurred. After the creation of each incident, the system automatically informs the parent or guardian of the student about whom an incident has occurred by e-mail. It has studies and graphics of the incidents stored in the system.Other information

The application is intended for use in schools that want to record student incidents in an orderly and precise way, and also want a quick and direct contact with the students’ parents or guardians. This application will be very useful in schools of compulsory assistance (whether private or public) where the incidents related to this point are considered of great importance. Another feature of the schools where this application will be of great relevance is the high number of students. In schools where the number of students is low, the advantage of easily registering attendance incidents would not be so high, as the number of students (and therefore also the number of incidents) will be lower, but these schools can benefit from the advantage of instantly communicating the incident to parents or guardians.

Girasoft is an application that, apart from managing several school aspects, is responsible for everything related to incidents produced by students. The innovative aspect lies in the way these incidents are managed, registering them in real time using an app developed for the Android Operating System, so that the teachers responsible for using the app can have it installed on their smartphone. With a few simple clicks the incidents will be recorded in the database and an email will be sent instantly and automatically to the parents of the student subject of the incident to inform them.
