OBJECTIVES

• The Group aims to research Commercial Law with the specific perspective of its relationship with the company, both in its organization and in its activity, taking into account the context of degrees of the center in which said group is mainly located, as Section of the Department of Commercial, Labor and Private International Law at the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences. In particular, the Group devotes its attention to the analysis of the autonomous legislation of commercial and economic incidence and to the particular problems of family businesses.
