OBJECTIVES

• Deepening the knowledge and development of research frameworks, based on psychosocial research in the fields of: education, socio-labor insertion and integration of culturally different groups. Also, to investigate psychosocial aspects related to stress in the workplace, with interpersonal communication and with the application of the gender approach to sustainable development.

Main objectives:

- Strengthen the commitment of Psychology to current social problems;

- Analyze the psychosocial factors that intervene in the various fields that are the object of this group;

- Develop and implement effective strategies in solving the problems object of our investigations.
