Description

The purpose of this research group is to study the dependency relationships established between lexical categories and grammatical categories, mainly referring to Spanish, but also to the contrast between Spanish and other languages.

OBJETIVES: 
  • Contribution to studies on lexical coding and grammatical coding. 
  • Description and analysis of the grammaticalization and lexicalization processes.
  • Review and acquisition of bibliographic sources on lexical-grammatical interrelations.
  • Dissemination of the results of the group's research in academic publications.
  • Promotion of the training of new researchers in the areas of the Spanish Language and General Linguistics.
  • Dynamization of research in the areas of Contrastive Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.
