PETRA software application is based on integrated and personalized client relations management systems, supported by ICT tools. It mainly focuses on the support to SMEs and freelancers. PETRA software offers three big innovative advantages: 1) It allows a client company’s personnel to gather detailed information about their client’s individual needs which allows it to offer assistance, products and services. 2) The historical, predictive and real-time analysis provides knowledge about client behavior which entails an important benefit for companies, considering that predictive analysis maximizes the efficiency of each client interaction. 3) The offered functionalities address clients’ needs through several communication channels.Other information
