OBJECTIVES:
  • Open new research paths within the fields of humanistic and cultural translation.
  • Delve into the history, theory, empirical knowledge and applications of the humanistic-cultural translation work in its many and complex possibilities.
  • Create an interdisciplinary environment to support knowledge and pool resources within the tasks of humanistic-cultural translation.
  • Support the creation of research projects that can safely opt for competitive financing contests.
  • Organization of scientific meetings and promotion of publications that address the reality and challenges of humanistic-cultural translation, for the benefit of the group and its members, the university community and society as a whole.
